This project and rejuvenation of the Aristo project is a great example  of how modern commercial clients aim to become multi-faceted, searching for resillience through variety in users and revenue. In the changing economy, Aristo have taken the step to include a whole new segment of clientele; the individual flex worker. Their Sloterdijk site not only includes the original core business of rentable classrooms and seminar space, but a cafĂ© and restaurant which invites freelancers and remote workers to work from their space for free. A variety of let-by-the-hour meeting rooms are available to anybody, and no membership is required. Their step into this segment of course increases their resilience in most economic climates.
